Description
The Habotest HT208D is a digital clamp meter for professional use in electrical installation. It covers DC and AC voltage up to 1000V and 750V respectively as well as DC and AC current up to 1000A and additionally measures resistance, capacitance, frequency and temperature up to 1000 °C. The 40 mm clamp opening allows enclosing conductors without interrupting the circuit, the display with 6000 Counts provides True RMS measurement values.
For safe handling of electrical current, the non-contact voltage detection (NCV) with LED and acoustic signal detects an electromagnetic signal before a line is directly contacted. An integrated flashlight facilitates work in poorly lit environments. The device is designed for CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V and automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of inactivity to conserve the two AA batteries.
