Description
The CR-Silk filament from Creality is a PLA material with a silky-shiny surface in pink-purple, suitable for figurines, decorative objects and jewelry pieces. The smooth, pearl-like surface structure is created directly during printing, no subsequent polishing is required.
The filament is printed using Fused Deposition Modeling at extruder temperatures of 190 to 230 °C and bed temperatures from unheated to 60 °C. The print speed is between 40 and 100 mm/s. With a tensile strength of 35 MPa and a flexural strength of 67 MPa, the material exhibits low shrinkage and good dimensional stability.
With a filament diameter of 1.75 mm, the CR-Silk is compatible with most Creality printers.
