The COLMI R02 Smart Ring is an innovative wearable that combines health monitoring and sports tracking in a compact design. It continuously measures heart rate and blood oxygen levels (SpO2) and offers sleep tracking as well as activity tracking in 21 sports modes. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.0, the ring can be easily connected to the QRing app to synchronize and analyze data. With a battery life of 6-7 days and IP68 water resistance, it is well-suited for both everyday use and sports activities.
