The Brother TD-2020A is a label printer for professional desktop use that operates using the direct thermal method without ink ribbon. With a resolution of 203 dpi and a print speed of up to 152.4 mm/s, it creates black and white labels with a maximum width of 56 mm, with a media width of 63 mm and a roll diameter of 25.4 mm.

For connection to existing systems, RS-232 and USB 2.0 interfaces are available. Seven font styles and seven character sizes enable flexible label design, for example for price labeling, product identification, returns, or shelf labels as well as for receipts in a retail environment. The device is powered by mains supply and is available in gray and white.
