The Apple iPad Mini (2024) combines a practical 8.3-inch form factor with the powerful A17 Pro chip in Hexa-Core configuration. The Liquid Retina display has a resolution of 2266 x 1488 pixels and shows content sharply and vibrantly, making it ideal for videos and creative applications like drawing or photo editing. iPadOS 18 as the operating system provides the usual versatility for multitasking between different apps.
For photos and videos, a 12 MP rear camera with video recording at 3840 x 2160 pixels and a 12 MP front camera are available. Connection to other devices is via Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi according to the Wi-Fi 6E standard, the port for charging and data transfer is USB-C. The tablet is unlocked via fingerprint.
The 19.3 Wh LiPo battery provides up to 10 hours of battery life according to specifications, two speakers deliver the sound. With an IP42 rating, the device is protected against dust and light water splashes.
