Description
Anycubic PC is a polycarbonate filament for print parts that must withstand mechanical stress and elevated temperatures. With a tensile strength of 65±6 MPa, a bending modulus of 2900±150 MPa, and a heat deformation resistance of 110 °C, the material is suitable for functional components rather than purely decorative objects. The melting point is 230 °C, thermal stability reaches 122 °C, while the low water absorption of 0.25% ensures dimensionally accurate prints.
The filament is processed at a nozzle temperature of 270–290 °C and a build plate temperature of 100–120 °C, a print speed of 40–250 mm/s is recommended as well as a nozzle diameter of 0.2 mm or larger. Before printing, the material should be dried at 80 °C to ensure print quality.
The spool is equipped with an identification chip that, in combination with the Anycubic ACE Pro, automatically recognizes the print parameters and thereby simplifies setup.
