Description
The Anycubic ASA filament in white is designed for 3D printing functional components exposed to weather and temperature fluctuations. With a diameter of 1.75 mm and a length of 395 m per kilogram, it can be processed in standard FDM printers. Its heat deflection temperature of 90 °C and melting point of 120 °C ensure that printed parts remain dimensionally stable even under heat exposure.
Mechanically, the material is characterized by a tensile strength of 41 MPa, a flexural strength of 62 MPa, and an Izod impact toughness of 90 kJ/m². The elongation at break of 15 % and a Young's modulus of 2220 MPa complete the profile of a material capable of withstanding moderate loads without breaking. With a density of 1.07 g/cm³ and a melt flow index of 12–23 g/10 min, this filament is suitable for users who want to produce robust, weather-resistant components.
