Description
AnyCubic Resin 2 Pro is an ABS-like photopolymer designed for printing with DLP and LCD processes in the UV wavelength range of 365 to 405 nm. With tensile strength and flexural strength of 35-40 MPa respectively and a flexural modulus of 1400-1800 MPa, this material is suitable for mechanically stressed parts such as structural components, prototypes or functional parts. The hardness is 82-84D, the elongation at break is 35-40%, which allows a certain flexibility of the printed objects.
The shrinkage of 4,3-5,6% ensures dimensionally accurate prints with minimal warping. A heat deflection temperature of 60-65 °C allows the parts to be used even under slight thermal stress. The viscosity of the resin is 300-400 mPa·s, the density is 1,05-1,25 g/cm³. Cleaning of the printed parts is done with alcohol, the shelf life of the resin is 1,5 years.
