Description
The Aeotec Recessed Door Sensor 7 monitors doors and windows indoors and reports their open/closed status via radio to the smart home system. Communication takes place through the Z-Wave Plus V2 protocol, allowing the sensor to work directly with compatible control hubs without requiring a separate hub.
The sensor is battery-powered and can be easily set up and controlled via an app. Through integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, open notifications can be directly integrated into existing voice assistant environments. In white, the sensor blends unobtrusively into the home environment and is designed for indoor use with IP20 protection rating.
